Highspire Estates is a residential single home subdivision built by the Heritage Homes Group and Rouse Chamberlin Homes in the mid-2010s. Interior living space ranges between 2,800 and 4,600 square feet. The community is located along Highspire Road in Wallace Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Highspire Road intersects Horseshoe Pike (Route 322) and is close to the Route 30 By-Pass, a major east-west road in the County.
Highspire Estates is also close the to Thorndale station of the Paoli/Thorndale SEPTA train line. The community Rover tranportation buses also service the neighborhood.
Abundant shopping, dining and services are a short drive from the neighborhood in adjacent Downingtown and Thorndale. Residents enjoy the vibrant nightlife, the local stores and the varied restaurants located in the Borough of Downingtown to the East, Coatesville to the West and Downtown West Chester, the County Seat of Chester County.
