What about Chester County? Homes available at any time over the past few weeks has been slowly rising. Not counting new, as yet unbuilt homes, the number has been hovering near the 380 homes on the market mark at any given moment. He hit over 400 for the first time in 17 months last week, but they have mostly been absorbed by the strong buyer demand. Still, we are well off the floor from earlier in 2023 of the 300 mark.
