Josh went above and beyond during search for houses, negotiations, and through closing. Additionally, months after closing he went back to to seek remediation and won us additional money from settlement. His knowledge of local tax rates, utilities, and structure were astounding. Although not a home inspector he was quickly able to assess what repairs would be required and help to negotiate lower price, and suggest proper bids. Absolutely a joy to work with and is highly recommended!

Josh was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire sale of our rental property. A small horse farm and older apartment building in the ever changing township of Lower Providence isn't quite what people are looking for in that area, but Josh found the right people to market to. He made every step of the process easy, whether it was a showing, price negotiation, or settlement. He gave solid advice and was very flexible about meeting up.
